Our building's quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. The communal spaces are open for use from 8am to 10pm and the fitness center is open 24/7.

We require a holding deposit of $250 and an application of $60 per application when applying for your new home. You will pay the remaining balance of your security deposit and first month's rent, or a prorated portion, at the time of move in.

We do not offer rental price reductions on longer leases at Beverly Plaza Apartments. You may not pay rent for a year in advance to secure your unit.
You will need to pay another security deposit to transfer from one community to another.
No, we do not allow subletting at our community.
You may elect to pay a lease break fee equal to one month of rent or you will be responsible for the remaining months of rent left on your lease agreement.
Maintenance
Your new home will be professionally inspected and prepared by one of our onsite maintenance associates. Our standard practices include ensuring all areas of your new home are clean and functional.

Maintenance work orders are completed by one of our experienced onsite maintenance team members.
No. You may provide permission for us to enter when you submit your work order through your Resident Portal or by speaking with one of our onsite team members.
The on-site leasing office is able to assist during regular office hours. We do not provide after-hours lock out services.
You may customize your home with non-permanent decorations. Any modifications you make to your home during your residency may incur a charge at the time of move out. Charges are incurred when maintenance is needed to return your home to its original condition at the time of move in.
