I have been here for over a year now and can say without a doubt I am enjoying my stay here. Long Beach is not kind in regards ... to parking but I don’t have that issue here. Weather it’s my car port or the street, I have options. The units are spacious and the patio is the cherry on top. The washer and dryers have been recently upgraded, on site gym and pool too. We’ve lived in Beverly Plaza for almost 20 years. Security comes when needed right away. Maintenance keeps the facility very ... clean. Whenever we need repairs done, they complete it at the earliest date possible. The office staff is courteous and friendly.
